Meet The Staff
Matt Rivest
President
​
Matt started with us just shy of 10 years ago with a strong history of customer service and business management. He quickly worked his way up to the role as Service Manager.
​
His empathetic nature, attention to detail, and natural ability to lead others make him a perfect fit for this position which eventually evolved into Matt taking an Ownership role in Precision Auto at the beginning of 2023.
​
In his personal time he enjoys spending time with his wife, 2 children, and dog "Winston".
James Stephenson
Vice-President
Founder
James started his career in the automotive field at the age of 14 by working at a local gas station. By the age of 18 he became a Fully Certified Master Technician, then Founded Precision Auto Repair at 22 years old.
After nearly 30 years in the automotive industry James still maintains his Master Certification, has received local and national recognition for Auto Repair Excellence, works as a Consultant for Independent Auto Repair Shops, and has the same passion to help people as he did when he started in the industry.

In his spare time James enjoys spending time with his wife and family, while staying active.
Ricardo
Aka "Little Papi"

Shop Foreman
Ricardo came to us with just about 20 years of experience as a Professional Automotive Technician. He enjoys working on larger and more intricate repairs such as engine rebuilds, timing chain repairs, and engine reseals. Which is awesome because he’s incredibly good at them! In 2023 Ricardo became a Partner at Precision Auto and plans to help us grow for the next 20 years.

Ricardo is originally from The Dominican Republic and became a US Citizen in July of 2019. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife, children, and dog "Freddy".
Steve
Master Technician
Steve came to us with just about 30 years of experience as a Certified Master Automotive Technician. He excels at larger jobs that require a lot of skill and experience to complete. His attention to detail and quality control are only a couple of the reasons why we enjoy working with him.

In his spare time Steve enjoys spending time with his family and riding his motorcycle.
Alex
Automotive Technician
Alex came to us with just under 10 years of experience as an Automotive Technician. He grew up locally and pursued a career as an Automotive Technician.

Alex excels at all areas of the job, including being a really good dude to work with! In his spare time he enjoys taking day trips and spending time with his family, friends, and his dog.
Nick
Service Advisor
Nick came to us with 8 years of experience as a Service Manager for an out of state chain of Auto Repair Shops.
